GDPR Information

1. From May 25, 2018, as the Administrator of your personal data, we are responsible for their use in accordance with the Regulation of the European Parliament and the EU Council 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46 / EC (GDPR), the purpose of which is to harmonize the rules for the processing of personal data in the EU. In light of the above, we would like to inform you that:

3. The provided personal data will be processed by the Administrator:
   • in order to take action before concluding a rental contract in order to perform the contract itself (Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR);
   • in order to fulfill the legal obligations incumbent on the administrator in the scope of settling concluded contracts and keeping accounting books, as well as archiving tax documentation (Article 6 (1) (c) of the GDPR);
   • in order to implement legally justified interests related to the need to pursue claims under the contract (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR);
   • for marketing purposes and sending commercial information by means of electronic communication and by phone (Article 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR);
4. As part of its activities, the Administrator provides personal data to the following categories of recipients: entities cooperating on the basis of data processing agreements, including subcontractors of services provided, law firms, debt collection and debt management companies, suppliers of ICT services, technical equipment, courier and postal companies; public authorities and entities on the basis of legal provisions, except for specific proceedings.
5. Personal data will be stored for the duration of the contract, and after the end of the contract for the period related to the limitation of claims arising from the concluded contract, as well as provided for by law in relation to activities undertaken by control authorities, including for archiving purposes.
6. You have the limitations indicated in the GDPR, the right to access the data provided by you and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to transfer data, object to data processing, the right to withdraw consent (without affecting the lawfulness of processing, which was made before its withdrawal), as well as the right to lodge a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
7. The data will not be transferred to third-party countries and international organizations.
8. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to conclude the contract and is necessary for its proper implementation, it serves the correct and effective implementation of the contract or taking action before its conclusion.
